To anchor Perimeter Aviation’s national brand refresh, I was commissioned to produce a comprehensive library of cinematic video and stills documenting their new terminal at Winnipeg Richardson International Airport (YWG). These assets serve as the cornerstone for the airline’s corporate sizzle reels, digital infrastructure updates, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
Advanced RPAS Operations & Multi-Agency Coordination
Complex Airspace Authorization:
Engineered and managed a multi-tiered permitting strategy for a specialized "On-Airport" operation, securing critical NAV CANADA and Winnipeg Airports Authority (WAA) flight authorizations within Class D controlled airspace.
Strategic Inter-Agency Liaison: Served as the primary command lead for Winnipeg Tower (ATC), the Winnipeg Police Service, and Airport Ground Operations to synchronize mission-critical flight windows with active commercial runway schedules.
Regulatory Command & Safety:
Executed all flight missions in strict adherence to CARs Part IX (Canadian Aviation Regulations). Orchestrated a security-vetted crew, cleared through restricted-area background checks to ensure zero disruption to airport infrastructure.
Operational Risk Mitigation:
Deployed mandated Visual Observers (VOs) and ground-safety personnel, to maintain a 100% safety record in a high-consequence environment.
Integrated Creative Delivery:
High-Fidelity Asset Production: Translated high-stakes technical logistics into a premium visual suite, capturing the architectural scale and modernized passenger experience of the new facility.
