Full-Scale Production Logistics: Managed the complex operational requirements of a 30-person cast, oversaw the casting process, and directed specialized departments including Hair & Makeup, Art Direction (Props), and location scouting.
Cross-Media Visual Continuity: Engineered a custom lighting framework to achieve identical color science and tonal range across disparate media formats (OOH Billboards vs. Broadcast TV).
Environmental Uniformity: Maintained a consistent high-end aesthetic across diverse and uniquely challenging campus locations, ensuring a cohesive campaign narrative.
